Pork chops fashioned into roast form- rubbed with Jack's Stack BBQ spice mix, black pepper, sea salt

Orange & pear slices
Pomegranate juice

Wild rice blend with carrots, celery, garlic, toasted almonds and a gentle grating of fresh Manchego cheese
